Design is just the beginning step in bringing a product or project to fruition.
Development
As the design proceeds analysis of design strength, ability to work in its intended environment, wear, etc. are evaluated and the design is modified accordingly. Component parts are sourced and verified to have proper specifications to meet its specific application. Results of testing are incorporated into the design and modifications made as needed.
Testing
Testing is started as early as possible to verify the design and components perform as intended. Testing is necessary to ensure potential problems are caught early in the development stage and to minimize the consequences having finished product problems in the field.
Certification
We can take your product through the various certifying agencies including: UL, ETL, CSA, VDE, TUV.
Manufacturing
We can manufacture your product for you or we can assist you in manufacturing. For products we design we include a complete drawing package of parts and assemblies as well as including BOMs and vendor lists. We can design and build jigs and fixtures to speed assembly. We have experience in automation. We can layout your production line including posted station specific instructions as well as worker training.
